About Me

Born and raised in England, Shirley studied Nursing, & since graduating as a registered nurse, she specialized in the care of elderly. After moving to the United States Shirley has been a Hospice volunteer since 2004. Her background in healthcare over the last 20 years led her to believe that many patients are seeking back massage to relieve tension and pain, leading her to earn her certification in 2011 as a licensed massage therapist at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Westport CT, furthering her ambition to be fully versed with all aspects of health and well-being.

Shirley couples her nursing background with her massage training to focus on her clients' condition, aiding in releasing tension, pain and healing both physically and emotionally.

Shirley owns CT Massage 4 Health LLC which is a mobile medical & therapeutic massage service serving Fairfield County.
